Need Help? We’ve Got You Covered

We aim to make your experience with Tillageworx as seamless as possible. Below, you’ll find answers to common queries about our aftermarket parts, ordering process, and services.

If you have any further questions or need personalized assistance, feel free to contact our support team.

Why choose Tillageworx aftermarket parts?

At Tillageworx our parts are specifically designed for your machinery, with bolt holes perfectly aligned to the shin and points that interlock securely, ensuring reliability and performance. The "one size fits all" approach has often given aftermarket parts a bad reputation due to poor fitment from slotted bolt holes and lack of interlocking features, resulting in insecure, underperforming parts. We deliver the quality and fitment you expect, offering a tailored solution that outperforms generic alternatives.

Where are your parts manufactured?

We import from several carefully selected factories around the world, including Europe, North and South America and Asia. All suppliers must meet our quality standards to ensure our customers receive the best products.

How much longer do your points last than OEM points?

Longevity varies based on factors like soil type, working depth, ground conditions, and forward speed. Additionally, some OEM wear rates outperform others. Generally, our points are designed to last at least as long, and sometimes up to twice as long, as their OEM equivalents. We encourage customers to share their experiences, so please check for testimonials and send us your feedback to help inform others.

Do you have any tips for looking after my Tillageworx parts?

We sure do!

1. Avoid Concrete: Try not to rest your machine on concrete, as the weight on the points can cause the tungsten tiles to ping off, reducing their lifespan.

2. Handle with Care: Be gentle when handling your points to avoid damaging the tungsten.

3. Monitor Wear: Change your points when needed to prevent peripheral wear on legs or mounting frogs.

4. Repurpose Worn Tips: Don’t waste tungsten from worn points; you can cut the tips off and weld them to other high-wear areas on the farm to extend their lifespan.

Why can't I find parts for my machine?

We don't stock pages of generic standard parts for all brands like some suppliers. Instead, we focus on targeting components that provide significant savings for customers, specialising in aftermarket parts for European brands such as Horsch and Vaderstad. We are continually analysing new brands and parts for potential design. If you have specific suggestions, we’d love to hear them!

Can you make improvements to other replacement parts?

Absolutely! We have a passion for design and innovation. Our advanced 3D scanning and printing capabilities allow us to refine and improve replacement parts based on customer feedback and worn parts analysis. This ensures that each part is optimised for the best possible wear ratio and performance. Whether you have a specific part in mind or want to enhance your existing equipment, get in touch with us and see if we can help.

Do you ship Australia wide?

No, we don't currently offer credit. Orders must be paid for in full before they are shipped. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information.
